Juli is a Philadelphia transplant who calls Arlington her home since 1989. Juli comes from a family that stressed a strong work ethic – if you made a commitment, then you honored that commitment.
 
Before embarking on her real estate career, Juli owned and operated a successful catering business, Juli Lieberman Fine Catering which won the year 2000 Small Business of the Year Award from the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Juli also opened a local restaurant, Café, Café in Arlington. Café Café was reviewed and written up by The Washington Post and many local publications. Juli gave back to her community through her restaurant by providing weekly dinners to the local fire station. Customer service was always the major focus of her businesses and always strived for excellence in all her endeavors.
 
Juli decided she wanted her next challenge to be in real estate, so in 2010 she was asked to join a team as a buyer’s agent. Juli learned how to do business the right and ethical way through her mentor. After a short time with the team, Juli knew it was time for her to break out and launch her own real estate business. Juli saw the revolution of real estate coming and knew her focus was going to be web-based with an emphasis on social media. With her strong customer service ethic, Juli knows the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to each client. Once she uncovers the goals of her clients, she provides solutions that get maximum results for her clients.
 
Juli loves the Metro DC area and is familiar with many of the local neighborhoods. In her free time, Juli enjoys golf and is the Market Leader for the Metro DC area’s Women on Course, the fastest growing national community for business professionals and lifestyle enthusiasts interested in connecting through the game of golf. Juli also co-chairs a dog rescue fundraiser, the Bichon Bash which raises thousands of dollars to vet and foster dogs so they can be adapted to their forever homes. Juli and her husband Kyle have fostered over 30 dogs since 2010.
